MARCH 20, 2018: 7:27 P.M. (EST)

Due to the severe winter weather advisory for Clark county and surrounding areas, the National Weather Service is discouraging any form of transportation. To respect your time and safety, the ICC staff and planning team are postponing the March 21 event.

We will reach out shortly to figure out another date/time and deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The ICC is proud to announce the 2018 Colorectal Cancer Summit

In partnership with the American Cancer Society, the Indiana Cancer Consortium’s District 9 Regional Cancer Control Coalition is hosting the 2018 Colorectal Cancer Summit on March 21 at Clark Memorial Hospital from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This free event will bring together healthcare professionals to educate and collaborate on addressing barriers and successes to colorectal cancer screenings and treatment.

An article written by Dr. Rebecca Siegel and colleagues discusses the three “hotspots” in the United States with the highest colon cancer death rates. Unfortunately, counties in Indiana’s District 9 sits in one of these hotspots. In collaboration with our Kentucky partners, join us as we focus on how the Indiana and Kentucky cancer communities can address the pressing challenges we currently face and will provide a vision where collective action can make a difference.
