2023 Award Nominations: We are currently seeking nominations for individuals and organizations for the 2023 ICC Awards! The ICC Awards are an opportunity to recognize and thank individual and organizational champions in our state. Do you know or work with someone who is tireless in their cancer prevention and control efforts? Nominate them here. Winners will be awarded during the Annual Meeting award ceremony.
ICC Outstanding Contributions to Cancer Control Individual Award
- Dedicates life to cancer prevention and control
- Makes major contributions to cancer control in the area(s) of primary prevention, early detection, treatment, quality of life, data, and/or advocacy
- Demonstrates on-going commitment to the ICC

- Dedicates mission and organizational goals to cancer prevention and control
- Makes major contributions to cancer control in the area(s) of primary prevention, early detection, treatment, quality of life, data, and/or advocacy
- Demonstrates on-going commitment to the ICC
- Contributes to the implementation of the Indiana Cancer Control Plan through generous in-kind support, i.e. donating staff time, meeting space, food, etc.

- Must be a cancer survivor (current patient survivors and post-cancer survivors)
- Committed to reducing the burden of cancer in Indiana through cancer control and prevention
- Exemplifies outstanding leadership and empowers cancer survivors and advocates
