In session one of our series, hear from Caleb Levell, MA the Strategic Director for National Partnerships & Roundtables at the American Cancer Society as he discusses the recently published report Responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic: Improving Cancer Screening and Care in the US. The set of consensus recommendations was released by the American Cancer Society National Consortium for Cancer Screening and Care (ACS National Consortium).

Also joining Caleb Levell for this fireside chat will be Victoria L. Champion, PhD, RN, FAAN, Associate Director of Community Outreach and Population Science at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Leonard Henry, MD, MBA, FACS, Indiana Chair for the Commission on Cancer and Director of the Goshen Center for Cancer Care. Our Hoosier cancer experts will reflect on the recommendations and discuss how Indiana may or may not align.

Our goal is to stimulate discussion, collaboration, and strategic planning among statewide partners. Together, we are stronger than cancer.

Target audience: physicians, nurses, public health practitioners, social workers, care coordinators, navigators, medical and non-medical case managers.

This series is funded, in part, by GRAIL.
