Indiana Cancer Consortium Membership & Partnership Terms of Participation

By joining the Indiana Cancer Consortium ("ICC") as an Individual Member or Partner Organization, you agree to the following terms:

Individual Membership

Individual Membership is intended for people who wish to actively engage with the Consortium's mission and activities.

As an Individual Member, you may:

  • Participate in ICC workgroups and committees

  • Access member-only resources and website content

  • Receive newsletters and Consortium communications

  • Contribute to discussions, initiatives, and collaborative efforts

Individuals are encouraged to join as Members even if their employer or affiliated organization is an ICC Partner Organization.

Partner Organizations

Partner Organizations collaborate with the Consortium to advance shared goals related to cancer prevention, treatment, survivorship, and quality of life.

Partner Organizations may:

  • Participate in collaborative projects and initiatives

  • Receive information about funding, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities

  • Access communication resources and outreach toolkits

  • Engage with statewide cancer control efforts

Partnership is organizational in nature and does not automatically confer Individual Membership benefits to employees, volunteers, or affiliates. Individuals who wish to participate in member activities should enroll as Individual Members.

Participation Costs

At this time, Individual Membership and Organizational Partnership are offered at no cost.

The Consortium reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements, benefits, or fee structures in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

Professional Conduct

All Members and Partners are expected to:

  • Treat others with professionalism and respect

  • Support the Consortium's mission and collaborative environment

  • Engage in activities that advance shared public health goals

The Consortium reserves the right to revoke membership or partnership status when participation is inconsistent with these expectations.

Industry Representatives

Representatives of pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, healthcare vendors, consultants, and other for-profit organizations are welcome to participate as Members and/or Partner Organizations.

Participation is subject to the following conditions:

  • ICC resources, events, directories, communications, and member lists may not be used for unauthorized marketing or sales activities.

  • Self-promotion through ICC platforms, communications, or activities is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Consortium.

  • Solicitation of Members, Partners, sponsors, or event participants for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior approval.

  • Participation must support the Consortium's mission and collaborative objectives rather than commercial interests.

Privacy and Communications

By joining ICC, you consent to receive communications related to Consortium activities, opportunities, events, and updates. You may opt out of nonessential communications at any time.

Agreement

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Participation and understand the distinction between Individual Membership and Organizational Partnership.
